82. Vincent Robert Covino JR was born on 9 Nov 1957 in New Brunswick, NJ. He served in the military between 1975 and 1985. Joined the United States Navy in May 1975 and was discharged in 1985 as an ASW Sensor 3 in Patrol Squadron 24, out of NAS Jax, in Jacksonville, FL.

He was deployed to NAS Bermuda from March 1981 to September 1981; NAS Rota Spain from August 1982 to January 1983 and NAS Keflavik Iceland from October 1983 to March 1984.
He graduated New Brunswick High School in 1975.

He was married to Judith Ann Tomaro on 26 Sep 1980. Judith Ann Tomaro was born on 5 May 1961 in Plainfield,N.J.. She graduated Piscataway High School in 1979. Vincent Robert Covino JR and Judith Ann Tomaro had the following children:
