She was married to Vincent James Pagano (son of Philip Pagano and Mary Micale) in 1940 in New Brunswick, NJ. Vincent James Pagano was born in 1916 in Johnstown, PA. He died in 1991 in New Brunswick, NJ. Margaret Mary Lisi and Vincent James Pagano had the following children:
